With a virtual mail plan, how would you let me know if I received mail and when can I pick it up?

When we receive mail for your business, we will take a picture of the envelope or package and send you a text or email to let you know it is here. We will keep it safe until you are able to come and pick it up.

Can I have packages delivered to the office space?

Yes, you can but we will only be here from Mon-Fri during business hours. Good news is, there is a Penguin Pick-up downstairs where you can get packages delivered after hours. No fee for Amazon deliveries.

Will the Live Receptionist answer with my company name ?

Yes, they will. You can give them instructions on how you would like them to answer your calls.

Do I get the membership discount on boardroom space rental if I have a Virtual Office package?

Yes, you get the 20% discount on space rental at our Eglinton Hive or Duncan Mill Hive location.
